Terms of Use

DataExtract.ai reads text-based PDF documents and returns the data you ask for as a spreadsheet. Scanned or image-only documents are not supported at present.

Extraction uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes, such as a misread amount or a missed line. Always review the output against the original document before using it for bookkeeping, tax returns, filings or any other decision. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your work.

• You must be at least 18 and use the service for your business or profession.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give us a valid email address so we can contact you about your account.

• Free use is limited as shown on the website: 3 documents per 30 days without an account, and 10 per month with a free account.
• The Pro plan costs €29 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, and includes 100 documents per billing month. Any taxes that apply are added at checkout.
• Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Unused documents do not carry over to the next month.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period.

• Only upload documents you have the right to process, including any client documents covered by your own data protection obligations.
• Do not upload unlawful content or malicious files.
• Do not try to bypass usage limits, overload the service, or access other users’ data.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice to paying customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If we change these terms, we will update the date above and notify account holders of significant changes by email.
